Compensation Strategy

Reminder: The purpose

You are expected to post
your response to the weekly discussion(s) posted by the instructor and then
post a reply to at least two other classmate’s comments by 12:00 midnight

the learning experience.

a. List all components of total compensation (salary and benefits) you receive
from your employer.
Compare your listing with
someone else's listing and discuss the differences and/or similarities.
For example, my
organization provides bonuses to all employees like may other
organizations do. However, my organization not provide merit
pay. This compensation strategy does not incent or reward team
performance. This is a problem because team collaboration
and performance is a core element of
our corporate strategy.
