The discussion points
for this unit center around the family and the relationships within that unit
and influences on gender identity. There are two different topics.
You are required to post
your initial answers; your comments on the postings of your classmates are due

to explain your comment and add your own insights. All initial and follow-up responses
require research and appropriate citations. You should have a minimum of two

Discussion Topic
One of the most
difficult things that people in a relationship have to do is
communicate. For example, each of us comes to a relationship with a
certain amount of history that affects how we 'understand' what the other is
saying. Therefore it is important in any kind of relationship to learn to
communicate.
Discuss two positive
strategies that couples use to communicate better.
