R.v. Vojkovic

1.    In point form, describe the offender’s familial/childhood upbringing and criminal record:

2.    In point form, describe the social, psychological & psychiatric evidence in the court proceeding, which may indicate psychopathic tendencies.

3.    Jeremy Vojkovic is a sexual sadist and a potential psychopath. When somebody ‘this young’ has such criminal motivations and behaviours, is society ever safe in letting someone like him out of prison? 

Jeremy was tried as an adult under the YOA and is serving a 25 year sentence. He is presently eligible to apply for parole but as recently as February, 2021, he has been denied parole.
