Final Project Presentation

 The Final Project Presentation is due at 11:59 PM MT Saturday of Week 8.

Description

Create a video showing your creative brief, book cover, and storyboard. You will also discuss how you applied the material from this course to persuade a consumer to purchase your book. Feel free to be creative with this.

Objectives

• You may use any screen capture software of your choice (e.g., Kaltura, OBS Studio, Screencast-o-matic, etc.), or simply make a voice-narrated PowerPoint and export it to a video. Whichever you choose, your submission should be an MP4 video file (or a valid link to a YouTube video).

• You must include the following.

• A brief introduction of yourself (“I am John Blob, a multimedia design student studying for my bachelor’s in multimedia design with a concentration in web design.”)

• A description of the book for which you made the cover and trailer

• A screenshot of your Creative Brief, and narration about your design choices

• A screenshot of your book cover, and a narration of how you used the elements of design, principles of design, color theory, typography, and layout to catch the viewer’s eye, convey your message, and entice a reader to purchase your book

• A screenshot of your storyboard, along with a narration about what is happening in the storyboard

• Brief conclusion describing how you will use what you have learned in the future
