1.) Given a disagreement about a workplace practice for which there is not clear legal direction, such as (moderate) use of company equipment for private purposes or conducting personal business on company time, identify appropriate guidelines for both employees and the company for regulating such a practice.

2.) Given a controversial new technology and dobuts whether its use is ethical or not, illustrate the conditions under which it can be used: freely, under specific conditions, or its use should be restricted.

3.) Compare and contrast the code of ethics provided in the lecture covering the Software Code of Ethics, IEEE Code of Ethics and the AHIMA Code of Ethics. Provide an overview of common elements, terms, conditions and goals found within each code (and explain why such codes are necessary).
