1. Describe the organization(s) you will use as the subject for your paper. Explain why you selected the organization.Did you pick and organization that is a role model for creativity and innovation? Is the organization in dire need of a creative infusion? We are looking for depth and insights with linkage back to course materials. Note: Organizations may include companies, not--‐for--‐profits, associations, governmental organizations or other groups. If you select a large organization you may want to focus on a particular
division, department, practice or product. It may be an organization you work for or another organization. Be sure that you will have access to sufficient information about the organization to apply the concepts from the course.
