Your agility skill is an essential part of being successful in

to adapt to evolving technologies and practices and are willing to embrace
those changes.
Imagine you have just learned a new and more effective way to
complete a task at home or work. Now, you must teach this technique to a friend
or coworker, but that person is resistant to learning a new way of doing
things. Explain how you would convince them to practice agility and embrace
this new, more effective method.
