Group Project

As a group, discuss the following points on the Small Group Discussion Board or SMGDB (not the main DB):
•Each member of the group should generate and evaluate reasons why people may/do not appreciate the cultural point of view of others.
•Each member of the group should discuss how appreciating cultural diversity affects peoples' ability to communicate effectively in the context of a multinational corporation or an international nonprofit agency. Feel free to add your own experiences as well as quoting other sources.
•Share the information YOU researched about the company you selected (include globalization efforts - failures and successes) - DESCRIBE the company you chose, their barriers, and their solutions to doing business in another country (all this should be posted in the SMALL GROUP DB for your group members to read)
