Description: Your  should find a “best practice” and one “promising innovation” (based on practice) in Nutrition Education for your focus area. This focus area is based with the Campus Community Farm. You will be working with the farm coordinator, and be exposed to the community garden as a mode of nutrition education for communities. Best practices are Nutrition Education approaches that are consistently supported by evidence of successful outcomes, and recognized as a leading approach. There is often a body of literature demonstrating positive outcomes.  Promising innovations include innovative spins on evidence-based approaches or completely new ideas.  Deliverables: 1.     Prepare a paper that includes: a)     a summary of each initiative including the above information.b)    a discussion of the strengths and weaknesses of the initiatives as they relate to your focus area.
