WEEK 3: VISION AND CHANGE

 
Consider your own current organization, another with which you are familiar, or an organization that you previously served. Refer back to the description from the Collins and Porras (2005) article (page 195–196 in the printed version of the textbook) "The Complete Vision at Merck." 
Identify your chosen organization's vision in those terms: Core Ideology (and values), Envisioned Future, Purpose, and Vivid Description.
Then, answer the following questions to begin this week's Discussion:

Does your organization's vision help to drive change? Why? Why not?
Is the vision just a public relations exercise? Or, is it used in practice? How can you tell?

Using a multimedia tool of your choice, provide one of your responses as a multimedia item. Then, your remaining two responses may be text-based.
