For this part of the assignment drop a word file, not later than 11:59P on Sun 9/24/16 with a few sentences on what your project will encompass, including where you will find the data, and what the independent and dependent variables will be

Thank you for your help in class on Thursday.  For my final project, I will do it on incarceration rates in the US.  I will find the data in these sites that I have already researched:

As well, I was thinking of doing my data sets by year on a national average to predict future year incarceration rates.  I also was thinking about breaking it down further with a binary or dummy variable where I can compare races: White, Black, Hispanic, Asian.
