Communication channels are the various ways a message can be sent.

a. List the eight communication channels covered in the lecture slides.

b. For each of the following scenarios, choose two communication channels you might use to covey your message and two channels which you would NOT use. Be sure to give a brief explanation for your reasoning in each scenario.

1.    You’re running late to lunch with your coworker

2.    The closing hour for the office has moved permanently from 6:00 pm to 5:00 pm

3.    You’re pitching a new product idea to a group of investors

4.    Your coworker is home sick, but you need to relay some information to her
