In the video “Professional Panel: 2016 Health Care Marketing Trends,” much of the discussion is about changing care access and delivery to meet patient expectations. The consultancy using the most admired brands to compare against delivering the healthcare experience is not new. Comparing to what well-known brands are doing is used, in part, because marketing is relatively new for healthcare.

·         Thinking about your favorite brands and your personal experience as a patient, and what you've learned about “patient 2.0,” what do you see happening in the commercial sector that you would apply to the patient experience?

·         Discuss how marketing and product/services enhancements within private practices, clinics, hospitals, as well as specialites have changed over the last 5 years.
