Individual Writing Assignment: Description and References

a.       Whether your project will be an Organizational Case Study Analysis or Research Paper on an Organizational Topic

b.      Topic description

a.       For an Organizational Case Study Analysis - Option A:

a.       Write a brief introduction of your organization and its significance.

b.      Include an overview of the organization that includes information about its purpose and history. You should refer back to the Organizational Case Study Analysis Assignment for more information. Together, these two components should be 300 words, double-spaced.

c.       A minimum of five (5) references

a.       Note: Try to locate or create an organizational chart for your organization. If you cannot do so, please indicate what steps you have taken to learn more about the organizational structure and indicate what divisions or departments are present within the organization.

b.      For a Research Paper on an Organizational Topic - Option B:

a.       Write a long paragraph (300 words, double-spaced) that indicates the issue you have chosen to research and describes the theories and methodologies that you have learned from this course that you will use to approach this topic.

b.      A minimum of five (5) references
