Problem statements must be of sufficient depth to be sustainable through the entire research process.

Read or review the relevant sources on developing the problem statement and purpose statement located in the Required Readings and Learning Activity folder and in the Recommended Readings and Learning Activity folder.

Review the Problem and Purpose Statements presentation.

Develop a draft problem statement that aligns with your program of study. Also develop a draft purpose paragraph that aligns with the problem.

Write 700- to 1,050-word paper that includes your problem statement and purpose.
