In a 350-700-word paper, identify the methods of data collection and analyses proposed within your research.  Base the description on issues such as whether or not your data is collected based on a pre-constructed hypothesis, types of data collected (numerical versus narrative), assessment of data validity, and other differences as defined in research literature.
Include any instruments used such as tests, quizzes, projects and surveys or questionnaires with directions on how to fill out the survey and what to do with it when finished.  Also include the cover letter for respondents explaining who you are and why you are conducting this research.  Be sure to indicate if this is to be anonymous or not.
