Based on the case study and the data given,your group shall brainstorm and develop 3 tools in SPC in implementing quality improvement programmes and investigate the quality issues within their organization with the respect to these following question:

 

1) Develop a scatter diagram using a total number of shipments and number of defective shipments. Does there appear to be any relationship?

2) Develop a Pareto chart for the type defect that have occurred.

3) Referring Pareto Chart that you have drawn in question 2 analysis the Pareto Chart by 80/20 rule using fish bone diagram
