  Discuss the difference between civic and social responsibility. Now, assume you are promoted to be the leader of an international company operating in a country of your choice and identify what you consider to be the most beneficial assets and pressing needs of the communities in that country. Then, from your knowledge of business and management, discuss how you would plan to build and sustain more functional communities. Finally, explain in a brief paragraph what programs you would put in place in your company to foster continuous learning, participation and lifelong commitment to both civic and social responsibility in your communities. (200-250 words.)
