We saw in the stats from our Introduction that Race is the 2nd highest discrimination issue.

1) Read the EEOC Facts About Race/Color Discrimination 

     What specifically does the law say companies need to do to avoid violating the rights based on Race or Color ? 

2) Review the EEOC information on Significant EEOC Race/Color Cases  

   a. Select a case noted in the Significant EEOS Race/Color Cases 

   b. Provide a brief (2-3 sentence summary of the case)

   c. If you were the HR Manager for the company in that case, how specifically would you have handled the situation described in the case?
