Your individual assignment will be to critique and change a job description from your organization.

 a)      Perform a mini job analysis for the role in the job description that includes at least one "method" and one "source" as suggested in this model. (2 points)

Provide a one paragraph summary of the rational for the method(s) you used and the source(s) you suggested. Close the paragraph with what you learned from this exercise.

b)      Review the information provided in the job description and make improvements based on your  mini job analysis, readings, etc. this week.    Not those changes in red on the job description. (4 points)
