     b) Identify at least 3 variable pay/incentives you would provide for that job (Using information from http://www.macaonline.org/Content/files/SibsonApproachtoInce.pdf (Links to an external site.) "Principals of Incentive Designs" AND at least 2 other sources (web sites or other).  Provide the rational  for selecting those incentives. (2 points)

    c) Define what voluntary benefits you would provide to ALL the employees in your organization and the rational for selecting these benefits. (2 points)
