TOPIC: Creating internal alignment: Person Based Approach 

     1) Read the " Introduction" content item for Module 5 

      2) Post your response to the following questions:   

            a. What are the goals/objectives of a person-based approach?

           b.  What are the similarities and differences in the process used to design and administer a person-based and a job-based approach.

           c. Is the person-based approach "better"?  If so, why? If not, why not?

           d. If your VP of HR asked you to evaluate if a person-based plan is right for your company (or a company you are familiar with) what types of information (or questions) would you ask? 

             If you already have a person-based approach please share with us your insight and/or recommendations for implementation!
