Assessments.  Please respond to the following: 
Strayer University uses rubrics as assessment tools for assignments. Discuss how Wlodkowski and Knowles would assess the use of rubrics for motivating learners. 
Wlodkowski suggests the following closure activity for learners to synthesize their learning. Describe an experience as an adult learner you had that carried over in each type of learning. Determine if this exercise is effective, and whether such self-assessment has value in a learning experience. 
For “Head” learning, identify something you continue to think about because of the learning experience. 
For “Heart” learning, identify a feeling that has emerged because of the learning experience. 
For “Hand” learning, identify a desired action you will take that has been stimulated by the learning experience.
