Instructors as Leaders.  Please respond to the following: 
In Wlodkowski- Epilogue, he states that as instructors, “In reality, we need the same conditions adults need to optimally learn.” Assess how you will create the conditions to promote your own development and effectiveness as an instructor. 
According to Wlodkowski, with the greater growth in training and professional development there is “...a diffusion of the initial purpose of adult education - the advocacy and action for social and personal transformation.” Discuss your thoughts on his view, and how it aligns with your experience and goals in the field of adult education.
