 Discussion 1. What are a few techniques managers may use to improve the attitude of a staff member whose morale is low? Have you seen these techniques implemented successfully? What were some of the keys to successful implementation? If they were unsuccessful; what would you recommend they do differently?
 
 
Discussion 2. Provide an example of a time when management presented you with an organizational or procedural change. What steps did management take to implement and communicate the change?
