(i.e. there is no need for external construction). The rough draft WBS for the project, as developed
by the planning team, is presented below. Using this rough draft WBS, complete the following into a
Gantt chart:
a. Design milestones, and deliverables you feel are necessary to include into the WBS Gantt chart
(Yes this means you will have to estimates deadlines).
b. Flesh out the rough draft WBS in a Gantt chart using the following criteria:
i. Make sure the WBS details down to 4 levels (Yes that means you will have to create tasks!).
ii. Include the 4 types of precedence we discussed (in Scheduling slides & PMBOK handouts)
and show predecessors and successors for all tasks.
The problem is simple, refer to the slides for reference if needed, the actual problem can be seen bellow in the screenshot
