ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR
You are a cultural diversity student at a university and you are to write a research paper on the subject of Integrating Workforce Diversity Activities in Organizations. You decide to review two organizations for your paper. Choose any one group from the choices provided in the assignment and follow the assignment directions. They are:
1.       To research the organizational structure of the two organizations in the group you chose and,
2.       In your paper describe how these organizations integrate workforce diversity activities into their organizational structures. 
3.       Also to compare any similarities and differences, especially pertaining to the varied industries or governmental sectors. 
4.       And, based on your research explain your viewpoint with adequate rationale on which organization's policy best meets the needs of a diverse workforce. 
Submit a two- to three-page Word document that is APA style and formatted and which includes a title page and a reference page. Do not count the title page and reference page in your total page count.
