Forecasting

There are many evident trends that impact workforce planning (for example, growth in the Hispanic population, an aging population, geographic growth in some places and declines in others, and possible changes in government economic policies). For this discussion, select a trend, and, using at least two sources, describe how you believe this trend will impact an organization's ability to forecast its workforce needs.
