In this discussion forum, you will analyze the various discrimination laws as well as the agencies charged with enforcing the discrimination laws.

Prior to beginning work on this discussion forum,

·         Review the Week 2 Lecture.

·         Read Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 in our textbook.

·         Choose one federal or state employment discrimination law to analyze in this discussion.

In your initial discussion forum post,

·         State the federal or state discrimination law you chose.

·         Explain the purpose and impact of the discrimination law you chose on employment discrimination.

·         Discuss the agency that is charged with enforcing the specific law you choose and explain how that agency enforces it.
