For the final assignment for the course, students are to prepare a Voice Moderated PowerPoint Presentation that describes the following: 

1.    Action Plan that they created at the beginning of the course;

2.    assessments taken throughout the course and how the assessments assisted them in better understanding their interpersonal job oriented skill developmental needs;

3.    progress towards meeting the goals outlined in their Action Plans;

4.    method(s) used to measure their progress in meeting their Action Plan goals; and

5.    any plans they have to further their development toward meeting their Action Plan goals after the course.
