Why Is a TNA Important?

You have most likely experienced some training during your life—some of it good and to the point, and some of it maybe not so good.

For example:

·         Have you ever been to a training where you could not read the PowerPoint slides?

·         Have you ever been to a training where you knew you would never use the material?

·         Have you ever been to a training where you were told your office did not work a certain way but you would be trained on the concept anyway?

Share a situation in which you experienced less-than-ideal training, and then describe how a TNA could have corrected the problem.
